Dr Vanza utilizes the services of Complete Anaesthetics for:

• Fee estimates
• Fee payments

Bills can be paid following the instructions on your invoice. If you have lost your invoice, you can arrange payment by phone. Complete Anaesthetics can be contacted at (02) 9099 5969.
For your convenience, Complete Anaesthetics offers the option to provide your credit card details for pre-authorization up to the maximum estimated amount. After your procedure is complete, your credit card will be automatically charged, and a receipt will be sent by post or email.

• If the final invoice amount exceeds the pre-authorized amount, you will be contacted to adjust the payment or arrange an alternative method.
  
• If your procedure is delayed or cancelled, you will not be charged.
  

Credit card details are securely held by Eway and will be destroyed after successful payment or if your surgery is cancelled.
Please note, a 1.5% credit card surcharge applies:

• 0.8% charged by the bank
  
• 0.7% charged by Eway
  

Neither Complete Anaesthetics nor Dr Vanza receive any portion of this surcharge.
