Dr Vanza utilizes the services of Complete Anaesthetics for:

• estimation of fees
• fee payment

Bills can be paid as per instructions on your invoice. If you have lost your invoice you may organise payment via phone. Complete Anaesthetics can be contacted on (02) 9099 5969

For added convenience, Complete Anaesthetics offers the opportunity to provide your credit card details which will be pre-authorized up to a maximum amount based on the estimate provided. When the procedure is finalized, your credit card will be automatically charged and a receipt posted/emailed. If the invoice amount is higher than the pre-authorized amount, then you will be contacted via Complete Anaesthetics to alter the amount or arrange an alternate payment method. If the procedure is delayed or cancelled, you will not be charged.

The credit card details are held securely by Eway and will be destroyed after successful completion of the surgery and payment of the invoice. The credit card details will be destroyed if surgery is cancelled.

Please note, there is a credit card surcharge of 1.5%. This is charged at 0.8% by the bank, plus 0.7% by Eway. Neither Complete Anaesthetics nor Dr Vanza receive any amount of this credit card surcharge.
